Surfrider Meets with Bikepath Architects and Submits Recommendations

Following a meeting in San Juan with Bikepath Architects Arq. Eugenio Fernandez (Eugenio Fernandez & Arquitectos) and Arq. Abelardo Oquendo (DTOP), the Surfrider Foundation submitted extensive written comments to the architects and to Dr. Fernando E. Fagundo, Secretario, Departmento de Transportación y Obras Públicas (DTOP), Hon. Luis E. Rodríguez Rivera, Secretario, Departamento de Recursos Naturales y Ambientales, Ing. Angel David Rodríguez Quiñones, Presidente, Junta de Planificación and Carlos Lopez, Mayor, Municipality of Rincón.
